ROADIES
Every Wednesday for almost the whole past year, dozens of British roadies -- the crew who work backstage on music tours -- have met in a Zoom group called The Back Lounge to support each other as they cope with the pandemic, and discuss their hopes and fears for the future. It's an unusually emotional mental health initiative in a traditionally taciturn, masculine industry.
